SQL Server Management Studio ExpressI have installed on a user the SQL Server Management Studio Express
console and they have full control , at least I think so to the a specific database. The problem is that the user needs to be able to click on the relationship diagram button in the console but it is greyed out. How can i give him access to this button ? scuba19 (scub***@discussions.microsoft.com) writes:

However, since the table designer is a piece of crap, I would rather see it as a feature that it's not available. Use the various sp_helpxxx insted to find information, and ALTER TABLE commands to make changes. -- Erland Sommarskog, SQL Server MVP, esq***@sommarskog.se Links for SQL Server Books Online: SQL 2008: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/sqlserver/cc514207.aspx SQL 2005: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/sqlserver/bb895970.aspx SQL 2000: http://www.microsoft.com/sql/prodinfo/previousversions/books.mspx
