Trouble Installing SQLXML 3.0 SP3

I'm trying to install SQLXML 3.0 SP 3 on a Windows XP Pro SP2 machine. When
I run the "MSI" file I get the following message:

"SQLXML 3.0 SP 3 setup ended prematurely becuase of an error. Your system
has not been motified. To install this program at a later time, please run
the installation again."

No matter what I do I continue to get the same message. I'm also trying to
install BizTalk 2004 Server Developer Edition and this is a prerequisite.

Does any one know what might be wrong?

Are the any logs create that will tell what the problem is?

Is there anything in the windows event log? Sometimes there is a more
detailed message there.
