I have an application using ASP.net, and in this application the user will
have the choice to download data from Sql Server to excel sheet,this will be
done using code only
could any one help me how to do this plzzzz???

I would try the ASP.Net newsgroups as this really isn't XML related.
There are some tools you can use to do this (hint: try googling for sql
