New Queries in SSMS: How to 'show diagram/criteria/sql/results' pa

When I have the Solution Explorer open, right click on 'Queries' and select
'New Query', it opens a blank tab. How can I get the diagram, criteria, sql
and results pane to show up in this window? I always use those panes.

So what I have to do is go do an 'open table', then turn on those panes,
design my query, then paste it into a new blank query. Would be nice if I
could do it all in one place instead of jumping around like that. Is there a
better way to do what I'm attempting?
