Dockable File Browser???

Is it possible to have a dockable file browser in SQL Server
Management Studio? I can make an external tool that opens explorer,
but it's a separate window.

Another thing I have tried is to make the intergrated web browser's
home page to the directory I want, but have had no luck finding where
the home page is set.
