I can't figure out why the Profiler is not showing any values in the column
DBUserName.

Any ideas?

Different column values are captured for different events.
All columns are not tied to all events. Database name
doesn't show for too many events - mostly just auditing
related events. Database ID shows up for more events - you
may want to use this instead of database name.
