VIW file Extension in SQL Management Studio 2005

Does anyone know how to get the *.viw (Sql View) file extension associated
with SQL Management Studio 2005 so that the file opens up prompting for a
database login similar to opening up a *.sql.  I already have the *.viw file
associated with Management Studio 2005, but it opens the file as simple text
any no way to execute against a database.

TIA

Under Tools->Options->Text Editor->File Extension you can make this
mapping.

I wonder how you would do the same thing in Visual Studio 2005.    Visual
Studio 2003 let you do it.   Please advise.

Thanks,
Eric.-

You are probably better off asking that in a newsgroup about Visual
Studio. I for one mainly feel like lost in a maze when I'm in VS.
