I am currently in search of a query analysis tool to query SQL  Server 2005
data using a Unified Dimensional Model (UDM). The features I am looking for
are similar to SAS Enterprise Guide that allows the end user to build query
workflows, chaining queries together.

All the tools I have seen that use an UDM, work based on using pivot
methods, I am looking for a way to parse data into sets and analysis those
set independently. The end user that I am targeting will be tasked with
“Research” with no SQL syntax knowledge.
