SQLH2 Performance Collector - Issue with SQL 2005

I have SQLH2 Performance Collector running against both SQL 2000 and SQL 2005
servers. The SQL 2000 servers are collecting accurate data for the
'SQLServer: Buffer Manager | Buffer Cache Hit Ratio' counter, but the SQL
2005 Servers are not. They are getting a value recorded for this counter,
but it is always zero.

Any ideas?
