Hi,

We have quite a few SQL 2000 servers and 1 2005 Server can I use the
Enterprise Manager from 2005 to manage the 2000 servers?

SQL Server 2005 comes with Management Studio, not Enterprise Manager.
Yes, Management Studio can manage 2000 instances.
