What do these values mean?

%Disk Time = 25049.64062. Is that in percent? This is on the physical drive
that holds the MDF only.

Ave Disk Queue length = 258. Is that in seconds? Also on the physical drive
that holds the MDF.

These values are during a checkpoint, and are zero otherwise.
