An updated version of Reporting Services Scripter is now available (Build
2.0.0.5). This release adds a commandline version (RSScripterCmd), a new
scripting mode to generate input files for RSScripterCmd and fixes an issue
with some scripting options being ignored when scripting Linked Reports.
