SQL Server Manager

I am seeing references on the web to SQL Server Manager
http://www.databasejournal.com/features/mssql/article.php/3491006 for
example. This product wiil allow me to manager V7, 2K and 2K5 Sql Servers.

I can't find it. Does it exist, or did MSDN deliberately leave it out of my
particular copy of SQL Server 2005(Developer)?

The article is from april 2005 and speaks about Beta 2 version.

what we have in the final version is
- MS SQL Management Studio (which combines more or less Enterprise manager
and Query analyzer)
- In the tools section : configuration manager and surface area configuration

With Management studio you can NOT manage SQL 7 databases (this means that
you may have to leave your sql 2000 client tools on your pc and install the
sql 2005 tools alongside it (not upgrade))

As a total <plug>, we have a tool that you can use to
manager SQL 7, 2000 and 2005 and it doesn't suffer
from "slowness", given that it's Win32 code ;-)
