Management Studio - Persist Connections

I'm finding that each time I enter Management Studio I have to re-establish
all the connections I had established last time I was in M.S. Is there any
way I can have these connections persisted so that they are there by default
each time I open M.S.?

Sorry, there isn't any way to do that. You have to reconnect everything in
the Object Explorer every time Management Studio is launched.
