Hi - I've been trying to install just the Tools on my desk but, it always
errors out. Some specifics:
OS - Windows XP - Pro SP2. 
Memory: 528MB
DRIVE: 37GB with 7GB free space.

I do not have full admin privs on my box but I do have a utility to use,
that will install products.

Below is the set up core log. Can any one tell me why my install fails?
