Actually depending on the template you use some filters won't work.
Especially filters on database name and /or objectname will only work
for security  auditing. In your case you should use a filter on the
database ID. That will work.

Thank you very much. Now I understand SQL Profiler better. I did what you
suggested (Use the DBId instead the name), and in another workstation I ran
my procedure. I have a really filtered trace file now. So I will use that for
the Index Tuning Wizard.
