Configuring my instance into BPA

I just started using BPA and the DB I want to analyze is hosted in a hosting
company, I can login well into the server but the BPA shows errors about the
others DB hosted in the same server. My question is:

How can I setup my instance into BPA?

e.g

the hosting : 43.45.131.10
my instance: Kenny

I tried with something like: 43.45.131.10\Kenny

and obviously it does not work because I'm just guessing

any help?
