When i run the SQL Server Profiler 2000 using a non sysadmin fixed role, it
state that only sysadmin allow to perform that function.
In SQL Server 2005 Profiler, sysadmin allow to grant non sysadmin user to
perform the same function via the GRANT ALTER TRACE feature. Is it possible
to integrate this feature on SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2000? if not, how
do i tackle this?

No, but this is one of the reasons why I designed SQLBenchmarkPro - it
allows users  to run profiler traces  gainst SQL 2000 without needing sa
permissions  (amongst other things). We're in beta now, but close to
release. You can  grab a copy at www.gajsoftware.com if you're interested.
