FrontPage 2002 Database template changes

Working with FrontPage 2002. The database template is created but I have
three further requirements.

I would like to have four users submit data to their respective table.

I would want to create a master database and the ability to append the data
from the four tables to the master

I would want to create or import a logon page that would direct each of the
four users to their respective tables to enter data.
