.net Framework 2.0 SP1 question

When installing .net framework 2.0 on a machine without .net framework,
do I need to install:

.net framework 2.0 + .net framework 2.0 SP1

or

..net framework 2.0 SP1 only?

As far as I can tell, either will work i.e. you only need to install
2.0 SP1
