Very slow debugging and breakpoints.

I've come over to .NET 2.0 recently from 1.1 and  I now find that setting a
breakpoint in code and running in debug mode is extremely slow. So slow it's
unusable as a debugging tool.

Any suggestions? Settings?

Please try "Project/Properties/Debug/Enable the Visual Studio hosting
process" turn off.
