Can't step into stored procs from Server Explorer

I am trying to step into a stored procedure from Microsoft Development
Environment 2003. I have SQL Server 2005 on a server. I've created a
connection to my SQL Server database and can see all the tables and the
stored procedures. However, when I right click on a stored procedure I can
see "Run Stored Procedure" but I don't see the "Step Into" that I have seen
elsewhere. Also if I double click a stored procedure, it will not open up in
my editor window.

Can someone tell me what my problem might be?
