mage.exe and ClickOnce application

I have a ClickOnce application which I want to publish once, but
install to multiple servers. To do this, each .application file needs
to be put through mageui to alter the <deploymentProvider>
appropriately. When I save my changes in mageui, I select the option
'sign with stored certificate' and then I don't need to re-enter the
certificate's password.

How can I do this and 'sign with stored certificate' from the command
line with mage.exe?
