Packaging Interop for distribution

I have created a WinForms app with VB.NET 2005 and it runs fine on the
development machine (of course !). When I try to deploy it to another machine
it complains that microsoft.visualstudio.shell.interop.8.0 doesn't exist in
the GAC. It's right - it doesn't ! It does on the development machine, of
course.

How do I get microsoft.visualstudio.shell.interop into my deployment so that
it can be installed when it runs on a new machine ?

PS please forgive me if this question is stupidly naive - I'me purely
self-taught !
