Database Designer in VS .NET 2003?

I've noticed that the Add Database, Add Table, Add View, etc., right-click
menu items are not available in the Server Explorer in Visual Studio .NET
2003. The connection and binding to my SQL Server 2005 works fine. When I
check Visual Studio 2005 (not .NET), the Server Explorer does have those
items available.

Is the Table Designer even available in VS .NET 2003? Is there some
configuration or Add-In necessary?

Platform: Visual Studio .NET 2003 & SQL Server 2005 on Vista

I don't think that was available; that was one of the big upgrades in
VS2005, kinda like being able to write stored procs in VB is now available
in SQLServer2005.
