Failed to find or load the registered .Net Framework Data Provider

I am very new to Visual Studio 2005 and am using the following tutorial.

I installed the SQL Server and SQL Mobile included with Visual studio 2005.

I cannot "see" the SQL when I try to create a data connection.
I can "see" the mobile SQL and can get the data from northwind when testing
the connection
But when I try to open the page in internet explorer 7, I get the following
message.

Failed to find or load the registered .Net Framework Data Provider.

What do I do from here???
