Bits built by VS2005 SP1 can NOT run when just copied it to another developer machine without SP1

Our team have several development machines, some installed VS2005 SP1,
the others NOT.
I found that bits built by VS2005 SP1 can NOT run when just copied it
to another developer machine without SP1.
But it's okay when copied bits to another machine with SP1.

And bits can NOT run at the test machine by just XCOPY.

I really have no idea about this. Is there some unknown change with
SP1 installed?
