Hello Philippe,

I searched Google for the error code in that message you're getting and
apparently it stands for "An invalid character was found in text content"
in context with XML reading. Given that we're talking about your
machine.config, I would assume you must either have changed something in
that file manually, or the file is broken. In any case I'd look at the
file's content, possibly compare with that from another machine, restore a
backup, that kind of thing.
