UDP Socket error code 10054

Hi,
I am using UDP socket & I am listening for UDP messages on port 11000.
I get the error message "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the
remote host" and the SocketError code is "ConnectionReset {10054}". Could
any body please help me to resolve this error.
