[.Net 1.1] WS keepalive problem

Hello,
I come here to report a strange problem.

An application that was well working for 2 years got some problems within 2 or 4
weeks ago with its webservice call.

For 2 or 4 weeks the webservice call is throwing some WebRequest Exceptions.
To resolve that new problem I've just forced the KeepAlive to False !
Now it's working well like before.

Is there some recent WindowsUpdate that have changed something on the .Net 1.1 ?
I'm in trouble with that change.
