Is there a patch for windows 95/98/me/xp/2000/2003/etc. to handle new daylight savings time rules? are there any patches for .net? win32? etc.? what all else is impacted by this in microsoft products and apis? I think the DateTime methods rely on OS settings. The patch was delivered via Windows Update several weeks ago. Brian |
