Hi,

we have XP SP2, and find that each time I use my laptop I get a message
telling me to instal security updates MSXML 925672 and KB 927978...these are
downloaded and installed each day and a search of the pc shows that they are
installed, but each day when I use the laptop the same 'instal security
update' message comes up...how can I rectify this please?

any help gratefully accepted...thanks

Hi Mike,
I had the same problem with my XP SP2 laptop
I solved the 925672 problem using the link:

http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=606677

Not easy, but it works properly.

Good luck,

Jos

PS: I don't have a solution yet for the 927978 problem.
