Is it possible to require a reboot with a clickonce deployment - IE:
show a window that says: You need to reboot your computer (or similar)
with buttons: "reboot now" and "reboot later" or similar, after
installing?

The question is do you really need to reboot? Most users would find this
intensely annoying. Perhaps it would help if you explained why you need to
do this?

As for users finding this intensely annoying, it's an internal app so
really I'm the only user.

Because my application creates an event log which requires a reboot.
