Error installing .NET 3

When I try to install .NET 3 on a windows 2003 server R2 fresh machine (only
SQL Server 2005 on it) I get an error.
The error log contains

returned error code 1603

How can I install .NET 3 because I need to instal MOSS 2007.

Hello spp,

Did you install any .NET 3.0 betas/ctp before?! if yes - u need .net removal
tool

I wrote that it's a fresh machine. No betas or CTP.
