JIT debugger trouble

I've 'googled', tried reinstalling .NET v2, uninstalled it, now I've tried
with .NET Compact framework SP1, still no solution. The thing is, when
launching some progs I get the message
'registered JIT debbuger is not avaliable. An attempt to launch a JIT
debugger with the following command resulted in an error code... please check
computer settings.
cordbg.exe !a 0x960'

please help
