How can I find out if .NET Framework is installed on my win2000 machine?

I want to learn asp.net. I thought I installed .NET Framework, but asp.net
does not seem be to working on a simple .aspx file.

Michael,

Thanks for your help. Apparently the only thing that it needed was a second
reboot. asp.net is working fine now.
