Hi,

dotnetfx3.exe setup fails please help.  I included dd_dotnetfx3error.txt &
dd_WIC.txt logs below.
I am logged in as user in 'domain admins' group and Cryptographic service is
running on this computer.

Hello Joshua,

From the log information,  the component RGB Rast failed first, would you
please also post this component's log file:

dd_rgb_retMSI*.txt

Also, here is an good article about troubleshooting such an issue, you may
follow the steps in it first and then install dotnetfx3.exe again, will
this fixed it?

..net 3.0 installed without errors.
