Picking up multicast from tap tun device

Hi,

I have an openvpn tunnel setup between a server and client PC and I am
sending multicast messages (UPnP) through the tunnel. I can see the
traffic coming in on the tap tun device on the client but the Intel
UPnP stack (based on dotnet) does not pick up the multicast messages.
Does anyone know if it is possible in .NET to listen for multicast
messages on TAP/TUN devices?
