Net1.1 => COM =>Net2.0 Problem

Hello *,

I have the following problem:

The situation is:

A VB Net (1.1) dll is using a webservice. This dll can be used from COM
Applications. A VB6 Application is using the dll. This is working since some
years without problems.

Now the NetFramework 2.0 was installed (msi Package) but is not in use. But
I have the following problem:

Methods, Propertys, everything is useable from VB6, the method can be used
(started) and starts fine but the return value is the following:

The request failed with HTTP status 407: Proxy Authentication Rquired.

I think the problem can be that there is something wrong with Rights after
installation of the .Net Framework.

Usage of the dll via a Net-Application is not a problem.

I hope someone can help me.
