This is driving me crazy, TimeChanged event is getting fired, when I
yank my network cable out and have no idea, why its doing it. I have a
simple Forms application to test the user changes to the system clock.
It works as expected, when the user is changing the clock, but the
handler is also getting fired, everytime i remove the network cable!
Any clues to why this would happen . . . thank you very much.    - raj
