ClickOnce only working from a local folder?

Hi

I am having endless hassles trying to get my clickonce application to
install from a network share or even the internet (error below). It works
100% from a local folder.

Any help will be great!

ERROR SUMMARY
    Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later
in the log.
    * Activation of
\\portal\h$\FROSTY\DEV_DEPLOYMENTS\FQ-Deployment\FourthQuadrant.application
resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
        + The Deployment Provider specified in the manifest cannot be reached.
Maybe due to network error and/or the deployment provider is not responding
correctly.
        + Exception reading manifest from
http://fq.acsonline.co.za/clickonce/FourthQuadrant.application: the manifest
may not be valid or the file could not be opened.
        + Manifest XML signature is not valid.
        + The digital signature of the object did not verify.
