URGENT: How to copy a .dll from the GAC?

I need to copy Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel from the GAC but
I can't figure out how to do that.

What happens if I uninstall it from the GAC? Does it disappear completely
from the system or is a copy made somewhere?
