Converting HTML to RTF File in web application asp.net using C#

Hi,

Thanks in advance.. I want to convert HTML file into RTF Format. How
to achieve this in web application. In windows it is possible through
richtextbox etc.,, How to convert HTML to RTF Format in asp.net. Kindly
send if any their is any .dll available or sample code.
