What questions would you ask when inteviewing a programmer for a dot
net ap?

I want a few simple things I can ask over the phone just to weed out
people who have no idea what they are doing.

Then I want a few more questions that are a little harder to seperate
the above average people from the below average people.

You should be able to search for "dotnet interview questions" on your favorite
search engine and get more than enough samples.
