Please help - Error 1335 when installed .net framework sp1?!?!

I cannot get past this message when trying to install SP1 for .net
framework usingXP pro.

Error 1335 : The cabinet file "PCW_CAB_NDP" is corrupt and cannot be
used.

I need SP1.1 .net framework for my NLE to work, without the service
pack I am out of luck and out of alot of money because of a client job
that must be done this week.

ANy ideas on how to fix this? I have updated to XP sp2, but this didn't
fix it.

Running P5P800 SE board, 512 (X2) DDR400, Dual core 3.0 Intel, 320 SATA
drive, 80GIG IDE.

I forgot to mention that this is not reading from the XP CD rom, it
must be reading from the harddrive files for XP. I don't know how to
get it to read from the CD rom, if that is something that must be done.
Would a new install fix this?
