create word doc without automationHi folks,
I need to create some word docs in my applications (both winforms and asp.net). I would like to avoid using Word through automation, I would prefer to generate directly the file in its bynary format. Does anyone know about a CHEAP component/library that allows me to do that? thanks Consumer cheap ($20-$30) or business cheap (a few hundred). The SoftOffice
stuff are the best, IMO, but they are not consumer cheap. Not sure if you can find something on sourceforge.net (open source) for Office; you can for PDF, if that is an option. -- Show quoteGregory A.
