Windows 2003 64 bit problem - "Failed to grant mininum permission

We have a 32 bit .NET application with the "Allow unsafe code" checkbox set
when we build it in Visual Studio 2005.

In our environment, we grant full trust to "My Computer" and "Local Intranet".

I can run this app locally on a 32 bit XP or 2003 server box.
I can run this app from a network share on a 32 bit XP or 2003 server box.
I can run this app locally on a 64 bit 2003 server box.

BUT,
I cannot run it from a network share on a 64 bit 2003 server box, even
though "Full Trust" on "Local Intranet" is already set on that machine.

The error is:
"Cannot load file or assembly ..., Failed to grant mininum permission
requests".

Is there something extra I need to configure on 2003 server to make this work?
