On my development machine I want to force the exception messages of
thown excpetions to always be in english language. I have installed the
english Visual Studio 2005 but the exception messages appear in german.
How come? Does that mean I have installed a german language pack for
the .Net Framework? If so, can I configure the Runtime to always show
english excpetion messages without having to uninstall that german
language pack? If not how can I uninstall the german language pack?
