An unhandled exception has been caught by the VSW exception filter

This might not be a correct NG, however I think the error is related to .NET
framework hence posting it here.

I have visual studio 2003 and my solutions all run fine.

I now installed Installshield 12 on the machine, after doing this when I try
and run the debu build in visual studio, visual studio crashes on me. The
error message that I get is :
An unhandled exception has been caught by the VSW exception filter.

with error signature as :
AppName: devenv.exe AppVer: 7.10.3077.0 ModName: mscordbi.dll

ModVer: 1.1.4322.2032 Offset: 000110ef

I am pretty certain this is caused because of Installshield. I am saying
this because I did a system restore to yesterday (before installshield was
installed) and my visual studio is fine again. I then installed
installshield 12 and i get into the above mentioned situation again.
