File properties

Hi,

Want to be able to alter the Custom properties for a File.
However I can not find any classes in the FrameWork that can
help me with this?
The properties Im looking for to alter is the keywords, title and comment
field
that you can set for any file in windows.
Also, is it possible to create new property types?
